POLL DEBACLE: MOMENT OF INTROSPECTION AND RETROSPECTION FOR NITISH

The worst performance of Janata Dal United in the Lok Sabha election 2014 is a hard blow to Nitish Kumar and Sharad Yadav as well. It’s a time for introspection and obviously retrospection.
It can not be ruled out about the plight of Bihar before 2005 when the JDU-BJP combine got the reign. Though no overnight change was not seen but comparatively recuperating.
The most viable question is what the reason behind it was. However, the June 16,2013’s decision was proved to be suicidal. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar walked away from alliance which was certainly seen as a haughty step. Instead of taming the SELF, the government should have any decision for the public welfare.
Winning only two seats in comparison to the 22 in previous election, either shows the incompetency or reluctance of the government to provide the people a smooth administration. To prove himself secular, Nitish started wandering here and there. There were some instances which reflected his autocratic attitude. During the election once JD (U) chief Sharad Yadav exuded his penance saying break-up with BJP was not practical. It shows Nitish being the sole power for the party. The conflict of SECULAR and NON-SECULAR will distract the government. The blame game will never let one to reach its goal.
Nitish is saying now that it was NEGATIVE election. In this regard the question arises is HOW?
How long the political leaders can would drive the voters in their favour. If such happens then what was Nitish doing? In the projection of caste and communal cards, where does he find himself?
Recently the BJP leader said that being at the Centre; it won’t de-establish the state governments.
On the contrary, regarding poll results, the state’s BJP leaders have started hinting about the
destabilizing the Bihar. If such happens then it would be taken as the BJP is playing the double game.
